Have you heard of Arthouse? It’s a collaboration between artists, Realtors, and developers in Boston. The artists show their work in vacant and newly constructed buildings, giving them increased exposure and a free location to exhibit, while raising community arts awareness and attracting prospective home buyers. Such a wonderful idea that really benefits everyone!

As a huge freak for midcentury modern architecture, you can imagine my delight at the discovery of the Modern Home notecard set by Little Oranges of California. I saw them at OFFICE PDX, my favorite place to drool over design driven office supplies. If you live in or near Portland, Oregon, it’s definitely worth a trip to the store to pick up your notecards and see all of the other fantastic merch they carry! And if you don’t, you can snag some cards and other amazing things online!
