Portland came in #5 on Business Week’s list of fatest selling housing markets in the US with an average of 77 days on the market. Topping off the list at #1 was Sunnyvale, CA with an average of 66 days on the market (and a median price of 1.031 million!! Woah!). Austin, TX was second on the list followed by San Diego.
