Portland came in #5 on Business Week’s list of fatest selling housing markets in the US with an average of 77 days on the market. Topping off the list at #1 was Sunnyvale, CA with an average of 66 days on the market (and a median price of 1.031 million!! Woah!). Austin, TX was second on the list followed by San Diego. I apologize for being such a poor blogger lately…but I have a feeling it will get worse before it gets better. I’m just over 39 weeks pregnant, so my energy this summer has been spent doing the most pressing things on my to-do list and everything else just gets pushed back. I will be updating from time to time while I’m on maternity leave and will try to get back into a regular schedule in a few months. Thanks for stopping by and come visit me again!
